'Dancing With The Stars' Elimination Shocker as Fan Favorite Sent ...

The eight remaining all-star couples gave us quite the ho-down with their country-inspired dances on Monday night but who will not continue on to week seven? There was a shock in store for us in the results show last night.

But first we got performances from Taylor Swift and Jason Mraz promoting their new albums. An hour later and the fateful truth was out: despite earning perfect scores last night, Sabrina Bryan and partner Louis Van Amstel were placed in the bottom two with fellow high-scorers Apolo Anton Ohno and partner Karina Smirnoff.

Ultimately, Sabrina Bryan and Louis Van Amstel were sent home, to the shock of the entire ballroom. Len had loved their rumba and there were compliments like “wonderful” and “fantastic” all through the judging panel for their performance.

Still, 30/30 and an amazing score of 88.5/90 over the two weeks’ performances were not enough. Maybe people thought this couple were safe so they didn’t bother to vote for them. Whatever it was, Sabrina was left hanging up her dancing shoes last night.

The remaining seven couples will move on to Fusion Dances Week, featuring performances chosen by the couples for one another. There will also be a Swing dance marathon. Things could get evil!

Shawn Johnson’s partner Derek Hough is injured so next week she will dance with Mark Ballas.

Tune in next Monday for “Dancing with the Stars” at 8/7c on ABC.

What do you think the this elimination of the night’s front-runners? Are you excited to see Shawn swap partners next week?
