It always makes me nervous for Republicans to be so giddy headed into an election. As we've seen from the President, overconfidence is a bad thing. Scott.

Since it became pretty clear Mitt Romney was set to wrap up the presidential nomination this winter, Washington insiders have been increasingly, if temporarily, focusing on another race: Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker's recall election.
