Demi Moore and Bruce Willis' daughter Scout, 20, was arrested in New York City Monday for underage drinking — and posession of a fake ID.
She was charged with two misdemeanors and release without bail.
According to the New York Daily News, Scout was arrested at 6:30 p.m. Monday in Union Square for criminal impersonation and a violation of the open-container law.
A cop spotted Scout drinking an 8-ounce Pakistani beer and showed the officer a New York ID card with the name "Katherine Kelly."
Upon further questioning, she told the officer, "My name is Scout Willis," and pulled out her legit California ID. "The first ID isn't mine. My friend gave it to me. I don't know Katherine Kelly."
Scout is due back in Manhattan Criminal Court on July 31.
