It's official: Jersey Shore sexpot star Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola and on-off boyfriend Ronnie Ortiz-Magro…are on!
In an exclusive interview I conducted for Australia's NW Weekly magazine, out this week, online only at GossipDavid.com, Sammi opened up about her relationship with her hunky co-star, confirming they are indeed back together, and like any relationship, they have their ups and downs. But Sammi doesn't have much time to dwell on her relationship considering the show's sixth season is currently filming, and with her busily working on her new fitness line SXE Fitness, fragrances Dangerous and Dangerous Desires, and her iPhone case collection, Sweetheart Bling.
So what's going on with you and Ronnie?
Things are really, really good right now. Me and Ron are together, and I am really happy, and things are going really great.
Why do you think you and him have so many ups and downs?
I just think in any relationship, everybody has their own problems and issues, and not every day is going to be happy and just glamorous, so unfortunately, everyone gets to see the ups and downs in my relationship on TV. But I think the reason that a lot of people can relate to my relationship is because a lot of people go through it themselves.
What do you like about Ronnie?
He's really funny and we have a really great connection. He's like my best friend. I think in a weird way we're kind of the same.
Do you think you two will stay together?
I don't know, you know how we are. Everyday something is new. I don't know what the future holds. I'm just going with it day by day.
What's your dream wedding, regardless to whom?
I've never thought about a dream wedding. When it happens it will happen, if it happens.
What's a perfect date night for you and Ronnie?
We like to watch movies, games. We don't do a bunch of different stuff. As long as we're spending time together, that's the best part of any date.
Do you ever go on double dates with your friends?
We do we have some really close friends and we're also close with Jenni ["JWOWW" Farley] and [her boyfriend] Roger [Matthews] and sometimes we'll get together and hang out.
